AMYPERLINANTIQUES.COM is owned and maintained by Amy Perlin Antiques, Inc., an antique dealership headquartered in New York City with a shop in Bridgehampton and a buying office in Antwerp, Belgium. What We Collect and How We Use It
Registration Information:
When you register with AMYPERLINANTIQUES.COM, you will be asked to give us some basic information about yourself. We'll indicate the information we require for registration; the rest of the information requested is optional, but if you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to take advantage of some of the opportunities that will be made available to you.
We'll use the information you provide to create a user profile, which we'll store on our computers. We'll use the information in your user profile to communicate with you about this web site, and about things that might be of interest to you.

In the event that we are obligated by law to disclose personally identifiable information, such as by court order, or lawful warrant from a law enforcement agency, we will attempt to notify you of the request so that you will have the opportunity to appear and contest the order or warrant.

We have taken reasonable steps to limit the number of individuals who will have access to the information in the user profiles to those who have a need to access such information for the purposes stated above. We will undertake to notify any individual who has provided personally identifiable information that may be affected by a breach in security.
